“During mid-April 2025, on opening my emails, I received an email from Doreen. The image ‘Appreciating’ had left an impact on her as she began to question her mortality with a diagnosis of breast cancer. I was deeply touched by this email(see below) and how ‘Appreciating’ influenced her. I wish to honour her with some images taken during our shoot with Lucinda, titled ‘Appreciating’.
